Alison has offered group and individual block programmes of well-being to the Voluntary Sector by running programme of stretches, movement, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Therapies have been requested and offered on a 1/1 basis in these settings. 

The services can be adapted to suit each individual or group, and with groups or individuals that have to sit due to health conditions, chair based stretches have been offered.

Taster sessions can be offered which are good fun, helping groups to move with confidence. 

8 week Mindfulness based living courses can be delivered online for any groups. as a trainee teacher Alison delivered some mindfulness meditation to various organisations including a Housing Association, Carers support organisations, a train company and some private classes. Alison finished her training as a mindfulness Teacher in 2020, and delivered her first Mindfulness based living course in 2021, and plans to run more in 2022.
